To pay in person by cash, cheque or EFTPOS, just take your account intact to any Post Office. Pay in person at any Australia Post Shop, or phone 13 18 16, or go to www.postbillpay.com.au

Mail your cheque (payable to National Energy Management Agency) and your payment slip to PO Box 237 South Melbourne 3205.
